Teacher Appreciation Week messages

Posted Date: 4/30/24 (12:35 PM)

Students, staff and families,

Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up next week, May 6-10. Sometimes it’s hard to say thank you through an email to many staff and have it be meaningful, no matter how much we appreciate them. So this year, the entire school community, staff, students and families, are invited to share their appreciation for our certificated staff, including those who teach outside of the classroom such as school counselors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech and language pathologists.

Here’s how it will work: Just like students sometimes send candy grams or other grams at various times throughout the year, these will be “golden grams” to symbolize the high value we hold for staff. If you would like to share a brief message of thanks to a certificated staff person next week, please submit your message through the attached ParentSquare form. If you or someone you know cannot use ParentSquare, you can use this Google form. We’ll gather all the messages received by end of day Monday, May 6, print them on appreciation cards and deliver the “grams” to the staff by the end of next week.

Thanks for joining in the fun and showing some love for our certificated staff for all they do!
