Our programs run 2.5 hours a day, allowing the class to cover a lot of material in one day. Attendance to crucial for student program success.

Attendance Tips

Communicate with the school: If your child is absent, please report this absence to Sno-Isle TECH, along with your student’s sending high school. If the student is absent for 5 or more consecutive days, a doctor’s note will need to be turned in to the office when the student returns to school.

 

Communicate to your Sno-Isle TECH Instructor: If your student is absent from Sno-Isle TECH, your student must communicate this absence to their instructor, as this is part of our Industry Standards at Sno-Isle TECH. 

If you miss the bus to Sno-Isle TECH: If a student misses their bus that takes them to Sno-Isle TECH from their sending high school, they must stay at their sending high school. They can check in with a staff member at their sending high school and complete a School Related Absence Form, if these steps are followed, the absence will not count against the student.

 

Pre-Arranged Absence: If your student has a known appointment or planned absence, please complete the Pre-Arranged Absence Form prior to the absence and return to Diane in the main office.
